Recently, our office has been able to offer the extra advantage of electronically submitting your claim to your insurance company. Although the technology sounds complicated, the process is very simple. It means you will never have to mail in an insurance claim form, and reimbursement from your insurance company is mailed to you within two to five working days. Not every insurance company is currently on-line, but it is only a matter of time. If your insurance company is not, we will provide you with the information required on a standard dental claim form generated by our computer. This will eliminate the need for you to bring an insurance form for each appointment. If you have difficulty reading your dental insurance policy, we would be happy to help interpret the dental terminology so that you can understand your benefits more clearly.
